Your role
We are looking for a curious and dynamic Junior UX Designer to join our OSS Digital team of 10 professionals. You will report directly to the Product Owner and have the opportunity to work on complex SaaS products that are redefining the legal tech sector.
Your main responsabilities
Design and innovation
- Design intuitive user experiences for new PALM features and our digital products
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications
- Develop and maintain the company design system to ensure cross-platform consistency
Continuous optimization
- Analyze and improve usability of existing features based on feedback and metrics
- Identify pain points in user experience and propose innovative solutions
User research and insights
- Conduct user interviews and testing sessions to validate design decisions
- Collaborate with the team to define user personas and customer journeys
- Analyze user behaviors to inform design decisions
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with developers to ensure faithful implementation of designs
- Interface with business stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centric solutions
- Actively participate in the team's Agile ceremonies

Skills
Essential technical skills
- Advanced Figma: Complete mastery for prototyping, design systems, and collaboration
- Design systems: Experience in building and managing scalable design systems
- UX/UI fundamentals: Solid knowledge of usability principles, accessibility, and interaction design
- Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes to validate concepts
Complementary skills
(nice to have)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or other design tools
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript (not required but appreciated)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, testing, analytics)
Professional background
- Experience with complex/enterprise products: Ability to handle articulated interfaces and complex workflows
- Attitude vs experience: We prioritize potential, curiosity, and desire to grow over years of experience
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS or legal tech sector is a plus but not essential
Language Skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT
- Native or fluent Italian
- Other European languages are an advantage for our international market
