ABOUT US

One Sky Solutions (OSS) provides a comprehensive claims management system for both EU261 and Montreal Convention related passenger claims, which increases efficiency, lowers costs for the airline, and improves customer loyalty. We handle both pre-court claims (where there is no legal claim filed) and court claims (where a passenger or claims management company (CMC) has already filed a legal action against the airline.
Our proprietary software, the OSS Platform, enables the airline to send all claims through an airline specific portal and these claims are managed through our call centre (for pre-court claims) or our network of specialised national law firms (OSS Member Firms) for litigation and court settlements.
