About Us

One Sky Solutions (OSS) provides a comprehensive consumer complaints management system which increases efficiency, lowers costs for our clients, and improves customer loyalty. We handle both pre-court claims (where no legal claims have been filed) and court claims (where a passenger or claims management company (CMC) has already filed a legal action against the company).

Our proprietary software, Palm, enables our clients to send all their consumer claims through a client-specific portal and these claims are then managed through our Call Center (for pre-court claims) or our network of specialist national law firms (OSS Member Firms) for litigation and court settlements.

After having been working for years in handling consumer’s claims brought against our clients, we realized that we needed to find a more efficient and cost-effective service for us and for them, being able to provide real time and detailed reporting. Thanks to our Platform Palm and the network of specialized European law firms, OSS is able to personalize its services to multiple industries, providing protection to the companies and at the same time improving customers’ loyalty.
